Grade II listed Georgian Townhouse renovation

Brief - To modernise a tired Georgian Townhouse, giving it a fresh mid-century modern feel, bringing it up to date for modern family living.

The project included moving and installing a new kitchen, adding tiled flooring throughout the entire ground floor, adding oak floorboards in the drawing and withdrawing rooms, faux sisal stair runner, lining the chimney for open fire use, sourcing lighting, furniture, design and decor throughout. Re-design a bathroom to fit a walk-in shower, we used a micro cement plastering technique on the walls, floor and on the bespoke sink unit.
